Year 6 Visit Southwark Cathedral
Published: Thu 20 November 2025Year 6 went on an exciting visit to Southwark Cathedral where they learnt all about Christian signs and symbols. The children discussed the significance of doves, the cross and a shepherd’s hook. They went on a tour all around the cathedral and learnt about the history of the building itself. The children were fascinated by the stunning architecture. It was a memorable trip that brought RE learning to life.
